Summer Camp Registration

Blast Off! Sign up below to enroll your child (age 4-6) in The Phoenix School Summer Camp.

The cost includes breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack, plus all materials and supplies. Hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm.

SESSION 1: MAY 31 - JULY 1 (NO CAMP 5/30) - $1440 SESSION 2: JULY 5 - JULY 28 (NO CAMP 7/4 & 7/29) - $1080 Sessions 1 & 2: Save $300! - $2,220

PLEASE NOTE:

A non-refundable registration fee of $25 per number of weeks selected is due upon submitting your form. Your child will not be placed on our roster until this deposit is paid. (For example, full session registration requires a deposit of $225; three weeks, a deposit of $75, etc. Also, make note of how many weeks you are registering for, as you will need to enter the number on the next screen.)

I understand, by submitting this form, that I am reserving a space in The Phoenix School’s 2022 Summer Camp for my child. Upon submitting this form, I will be taken to a payment page to complete my reservation.

Camps are invoiced on the first of the month, with payment due by the 10th. A non-payment of the balance will result in my forfeiting my child’s space in the camp.

Please note that space is limited; it will be first come, first served. However, if you do not make the class list, we will be more than happy to keep you on a waitlist.
